QIP is a Brazilian marketplace for second-hand sports equipment.
Initially, its growth was fueled by a tight-knit community, reflected in its language—slightly niched and exclusive.
My challenge was to maintain the essence of their language while still significantly impacting performance.

Arco
During a social media boom in Brazil I conceptualized Arco—an innovative in-app payment system for Instagram.
Developed six years ahead of the app's official payment feature, Arco connected Instagram handles with PayPal accounts, enabling users to buy and sell products directly from their feeds, using a combination of keywords and hashtags.
